Investment Property Coordinator

40-50 hours per week, commission type pay, applicants must possess strong decision making skills, be able to work without immediate supervision, and must be motivated. Investment coordinators are responsible for managing rentals, buying properties, project management, wholesaling, retailing and more. This position requires the ability to analyze deals on site, perform renovation cost analysis, submit offers, close on properties, manage a project, network with other investors, sales skills, and requires daily travel throughout the tri-state. Construction/renovation background preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Office Manager- Western Hills

Within the next year, Lohmiller Real Estate will be opening a new office in Western Hills. We are looking for a licensed broker to manage the office. Applicant is required to have at least 5 years real estate sales experience as well as $100,000 GCI for the last 3 out of 5 years, strong administration skills as well as management experience or training.

Office Manager- Northern Kentucky
